Pozole is a delicious Mexican soup (stew), with corn as the main ingredient. But no ordinary corn, these corn kernels have been treated with a process of nixtamalization. This process ensures that the hard-outer husk of the grain is released, which makes the grains burst during cooking.

El pozole es una deliciosa sopa mexicana, cuyo ingrediente principal es el maíz.
