La Costena’s Salsa Verde goes perfectly with enchiladas, chilaquiles, over eggs, quesadillas, tacos, tostadas, huaraches, sopes and tamales.
Ingredients: Tomatillo, water, spices, chicken broth powder (soy, monosodium glutamate and celery), Serrano peppers, lard, modified corn starch, salt, sodium bicarbonate and monosodium glutamate
Uses: Enchiladas are considered a main course. An enchilada is a tortilla with a sauce, a filling and a garnish. We can prepare them in three ways, either rolled, folded or stacked. Cheese, beans or meat can be used as a filling.
